High-quality cement suitable for concrete production, plastering, block laying, tile adhesives, and precast manufacturing. Available in 25 kg and 50 kg packaging.
• Aggregates: Sand, Gravel, Crushed Stone
Washed and graded aggregates suitable for ready-mix concrete, road construction, drainage systems, and foundation works.
• Concrete Blocks & AAC Blocks
Lightweight AAC blocks for thermal performance, traditional concrete blocks for load-bearing and partition walls.
• Clay Bricks & Interlock Pavers
High-strength fired clay bricks and concrete pavers for landscaping, walkways, parking areas, and architectural finishes.
• Timber, Plywood & OSB Boards
Construction-grade timber, shuttering plywood, and OSB sheets used in formwork, flooring, roofing, and interior carpentry.
• Reinforcement Mesh & Binding Wire
Steel mesh panels and binding wire used for concrete reinforcement and foundation stability.
All materials comply with EN, ASTM, BS and regional building code requirements.

Packing
Construction materials are packaged according to international export requirements to ensure maximum protection during handling, stacking, and long-distance sea or land transportation.
Cement Bags:
-
Stacked on wooden pallets
-
Fully wrapped with transparent stretch film to prevent moisture ingress
-
Edge supports used for pallet stability
Plywood / OSB Boards:
-
Stacked flat
-
Tightened with steel straps
-
Corner protectors added to prevent edge damage
Timber & Lumber:
-
Bundled with steel strapping
-
Ends protected with moisture-resistant covers
Reinforcement Mesh:
-
Packed in flat stacks
-
Secured with metal ties
-
Wooden spacers placed between bundles
All packaging is designed to withstand forklift handling, container loading, and overseas shipping conditions.

Storage
Our construction materials are stored in clean, dry, and well-organized warehouse environments to maintain quality and ensure efficient loading operations.
-
Cement pallets are positioned on raised platforms to avoid floor moisture.
-
Timber bundles are stored on metal racks or elevated wooden beams.
-
Plywood and OSB sheets are organized in upright or flat stacks with batch-number labeling for quick identification.
-
Reinforcement mesh sheets are stored flat with spacing blocks for air circulation and ease of loading.
Each product group has its own designated storage zone, preventing contamination, mixing, or damage.
All warehouse operations follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for consistent quality.

Loading
Construction material loading operations follow strict international cargo safety standards.
Since bricks and blocks require open flatbed trucks, they are not included in trailer/container loading.
The materials loaded into an open-side TIR trailer include:
-
Cement Pallets:
Loaded first to create a stable weight base. Pallets are aligned straight and secured to prevent shifting. -
Plywood / OSB Boards:
Loaded next, carefully positioned flat, tightened with steel straps, and supported with wooden blocks. -
Timber Bundles:
Placed longitudinally along the trailer, strapped and stabilized to avoid movement during transit. -
Reinforcement Mesh:
Laid flat on top or placed along the side panels with wooden spacers for air ventilation and structural support.
All materials are:
-
Loaded using forklifts operated under safety protocol
-
Balanced for correct axle load distribution
-
Secured with ratchet straps and protective edge guards
-
Photographed and documented before shipment
This ensures safe, compliant, and damage-free delivery to our customers worldwide.
