Energy Cables

Our cable division provides a complete portfolio of low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV), control, data, and renewable energy cable systems manufactured according to global standards.

The product range includes:

  • PVC insulated building cables

  • XLPE insulated LV/MV power cables

  • Armored cables (SWA, STA) for harsh environments

  • Fiber optic cables for long-distance data transmission

  • LAN, CAT5/CAT6 communication cables

  • Solar PV cables (TÜV / EN certified)

  • Fire-resistant, halogen-free and smoke-protected safety cables

All cables are delivered on heat-treated, fumigated wooden drums, each drum labeled with meter length, cable type, conductor size, production batch, and compliance certificates.

Packing

Cables are packaged strictly according to international export guidelines.
Each wooden drum is:

  • Plastic-wrapped for moisture protection

  • Labeled with full technical specifications

  • Secured with steel side plates or protective edge guards

  • Certified according to IEC, TSE, BS, VDE standards

  • Heat-treated (ISPM-15 compliant) for global shipping

This ensures the cables remain protected during handling, long-distance transport, and sea humidity.

Storage

Cable storage areas are designed to maintain material integrity and prevent deformation.
Drums are stored:

  • Vertically on reinforced flooring

  • Away from ground moisture

  • In labeled, categorized rows for quick access

  • With barcode/label tracking for batch control

  • Under humidity-controlled warehouse conditions

This ensures cables remain dry, stable, and ready for export at all times.

Loading

Energy cable drums require careful handling due to their weight and rolling risk.
Proper loading includes:

  • Forklifts lifting drums from side axle points (not from the cable surface)

  • Loading into open-top containers or flatbed trailers

  • No enclosed trucks (drums do not fit safely and cannot be lashed correctly)

  • Drums are blocked and braced with wooden wedges

  • Lashing with chains/straps to prevent movement during sea transport

  • All processes following international maritime loading safety rules
