  • PVC pressure pipes PN6–PN25

  • Wastewater & sewage discharge pipes

  • Electrical conduit pipes

  • Wide range of PVC fittings (elbows, tees, couplers)

HDPE Pipes (Water, Gas & Infrastructure)

  • HDPE water pipes (PE80 / PE100)

  • HDPE gas pipes with yellow stripe

  • Coiled HDPE pipes (small diameters)

  • Butt-welding & electrofusion fittings

  • Irrigation and dripline systems

PPR Pipes & Fittings (Hot / Cold Water)

  • PPR green pipes

  • Aluminum reinforced PPR composite pipes

  • Fiber reinforced PPR pipes

  • Matching fittings: elbows, reducers, unions, valves

All pipes comply with ISO, DIN, EN, TSE, and international water/gas safety standards.
Products are delivered with batch numbers, pressure class labels, and quality certificates.

Packing

Plastic pipes are packaged to prevent deformation and damage during transport:

  • PVC & PPR pipes are bundled tightly, strapped with steel or plastic bands.

  • HDPE straight pipes are supported with wooden blocks along their length.

  • Smaller HDPE pipes are delivered as coils, wrapped in protective plastic film.

  • Labels include diameter, SDR, PN pressure rating, and batch details.

  • Fittings are boxed and palletized, shrink-wrapped for export safety.

Storage

Our warehouse system ensures safe handling and traceability of all pipe materials:

  • PVC & PPR bundles stacked horizontally on reinforced racks

  • HDPE straight pipes stored on long level supports to prevent bending

  • HDPE coils stored vertically to avoid oval deformation

  • All products divided by size, pressure class, and pipe type

  • Humidity-controlled environment with clear labeling for fast loading

Loading

Pipe loading follows strict international safety procedures:

  • Pipes are loaded onto flatbed trailers or open-top containers (never enclosed trucks).

  • Wooden spacers used between layers to prevent pressure damage.

  • HDPE straight pipes secured with ratchet straps and side restraints.

  • HDPE coils blocked with wooden wedges for transport stability.

  • All lashing certified for sea freight and long-distance transport.
