Packing
Plastic pipes are packaged to prevent deformation and damage during transport:
-
PVC & PPR pipes are bundled tightly, strapped with steel or plastic bands.
-
HDPE straight pipes are supported with wooden blocks along their length.
-
Smaller HDPE pipes are delivered as coils, wrapped in protective plastic film.
-
Labels include diameter, SDR, PN pressure rating, and batch details.
-
Fittings are boxed and palletized, shrink-wrapped for export safety.

Storage
Our warehouse system ensures safe handling and traceability of all pipe materials:
-
PVC & PPR bundles stacked horizontally on reinforced racks
-
HDPE straight pipes stored on long level supports to prevent bending
-
HDPE coils stored vertically to avoid oval deformation
-
All products divided by size, pressure class, and pipe type
-
Humidity-controlled environment with clear labeling for fast loading

Loading
Pipe loading follows strict international safety procedures:
-
Pipes are loaded onto flatbed trailers or open-top containers (never enclosed trucks).
-
Wooden spacers used between layers to prevent pressure damage.
-
HDPE straight pipes secured with ratchet straps and side restraints.
-
HDPE coils blocked with wooden wedges for transport stability.
-
All lashing certified for sea freight and long-distance transport.
