• Spare parts boxed separately and labeled clearly

All packaging follows long-distance sea freight and vibration resistance protocols.

• Industrial equipment is stored in specialized heavy-load storage zones:

• Reinforced flooring for heavy machinery

• Wide aisles for forklift maneuvering

• Designated shelves for spare parts and toolkits

• Covered indoor storage to avoid dust and moisture

• Each unit labeled with model, serial number, weight, and spec sheet

• Dedicated “pre-loading inspection area” for QC checks

• This ensures safe, compliant, and traceable handling from warehouse to shipment.

• ✔ Loading Procedure Includes:

• Using forklifts or cranes with the correct lifting capacity

• Heavy units placed in the center of the flatbed or container for balance

• Wooden blocks and steel chains used for anchoring

• Spare parts stacked at the front (light materials)

• No stacking of heavy machines on top of each other

• All sharp/metal edges covered with guards

• We only use flatbed trailers, open-top containers, or 40HC containers depending on weight and height.
