Safety and PPE products are packaged in fully closed plain cardboard boxes to maintain hygiene, prevent contamination, and ensure efficient logistics.

• Individual PPE items are packed in sealed inner packaging

• Products are grouped into closed master cartons

• Each carton is clearly labeled in readable English with:

  • Product type (e.g. Safety Helmet, Gloves, Safety Shoes)

  • Size (S / M / L / XL or shoe size range)

  • Standard (EN / CE / ANSI)

  • Quantity per box

  • Batch number

• Cartons are stacked on wooden pallets

• Pallets are secured with transparent stretch wrap and plastic straps

No products are visible from outside the cartons.

• Safety & PPE products are stored in clean, dry, and organized warehouse environments suitable for hygienic products.

• Closed cartons stored on metal shelving and pallets

• Mixed carton sizes and pallet heights visible

• Separate zones for helmets, footwear, gloves, and respiratory items

• Clear aisle space for manual picking and forklifts

• FIFO system applied for stock rotation

• Climate-controlled conditions to protect textiles and filters

• The warehouse layout supports fast order preparation and accurate distribution.

• PPE products are loaded using standard palletized loading procedures suitable for boxed goods.

• Loading Method:

• Palletized cartons loaded into closed TIR trailers or shipping containers

• Heavier pallets placed first

• Lighter cartons positioned above or toward the trailer entrance

• Wooden spacers used between pallets where required

• Pallets secured with ratchet straps

• Trailer doors remain open for final inspection before sealing

• This ensures clean, safe, and compliant international transportation.
