Loading

  • Plumbing materials are loaded following material-specific logistics rules.

  • Loading Method:

  • Pipes loaded onto open-side TIR trailers or flatbed trucks

  • Pipes aligned in one direction only (no 90-degree cross loading)

  • Large pipes loaded first, smaller pipes inserted inside

  • Pipes secured with straps and wooden spacers

  • Palletized valves, pumps, and fittings loaded separately into closed TIR trailers

  • Trailer remains partially open during final inspection before sealing

  • This ensures safe transport and prevents pipe deformation or rolling.
