Packing
Steel products are packaged according to international export requirements. Rebars and profiles are tightly bundled with steel strapping, placed on reinforced wooden pallets, and prepared to withstand long-distance sea transport. Each bundle includes visible labels, heat numbers, and batch information.
Storage
Our steel storage facilities are designed for maximum safety and traceability. All steel profiles, rebars and sheets are stored in categorized, labeled rows, ensuring easy selection and loading. Materials are kept elevated on wooden beams or metal racks to prevent moisture contact. Every bundle is traceable by heat number, batch number and size specification.
Loading
Steel loading follows strict international safety and weight‑distribution procedures. Bundles are placed using forklifts into open‑top containers or flatbed trailers, ensuring no deformation of steel and no overloading. Each bundle is secured with steel strapping, wooden spacers and edge protectors. Final lashing is done using chain binders and ratchet straps to ensure safe sea transport.
